Welcome to iSchoolCloud. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iSchoolCloud’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an educational institution, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  • “Platform” refers to the iSchoolCloud software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform
  • “User” refers to administrators, teachers, staff, parents, students, and any other individuals accessing the Services
  • “Institution” refers to the school, educational organization, or entity subscribing to the Services
  • “Content” refers to data, text, information, files, and materials uploaded or created through the Services
  • “Student Data” refers to any information that directly relates to an identifiable student

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Accounts must be created using official school email addresses where applicable
  • Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3.2 Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Institutions are responsible for managing user access and permissions
  • We reserve the right to disable accounts for security purposes

4. Service Terms

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access and use the Services
  • Create and manage educational content
  • Store and process educational data

4.2 Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Services
